Fire Alert is a suite of online products developed specifically for the Emergency Services to help them do their job better and more efficiently. We developed a scalable, powerful web application which is currently being used across the county. Read below to learn a little bit more about our most recent Fire Alert product.
When you get dispatched to an emergency, each responding member just needs to pick up the phone and speed-dial a pre-determined phone number. As soon as the phone connects just press one of our menu options (more on how it works later) and we will hang up the phone for you. After that, all your information will be displayed in the firehouse so people know you're responding.
With Call Response you will know if there is a full crew quicker, if you need additional tones. Stop waiting for responders who aren't coming. Know the capabilities of those who are responding. Know who is responding to the scene or who is already on location. This of course will reduce response time!
